My personal experiences motivate me to initiate new projects, and join existing ones, to improve the experience in engineering and the reality for those currently struggling to see themselves represented in their field.

Duke EGA (Engineering Graduate Ambassadors)
Duke EGA is a graduate student-run organization that pairs prospective engineering graduate students with current graduate student mentors. The goal of this organization is to assist those looking to apply to graduate schools navigate the application process and offer perspectives on general graduate student life
MEMS Grad Student Women's Lunch
Series of lunch meetings for senior undergrad students, grad students, and postdocs where we have female leaders discuss their career trajectories and hardships.
Outreach
Pratt PhD +
The PhD Plus mission is to empower engineering PhD students at Duke to prepare for, select, and succeed on their career paths through acquiring skills, mastering core competencies, and exploring opportunities.
Duke Summer STEM Academy
A Summer Intensive for High School Students to establish a Tech Talent Pipeline for the Triangle. This program is an immersive, hands-on experience that is centered in engineering design practice through active application of theory.
Ceu Azul Outreach
Voar é para Todos is an outreach project that aims to present a more accessible view of science and technology education in Florianópolis' community. By introducing aeronautical concepts, high school students are encouraged to pursue a college education.
